Shipping & Returns Policy

Delivery We currently deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom.

All orders are guaranteed to arrive within 10 working days of purchase. In most cases you can expect your order sooner than this — we'll always aim to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with any available tracking information.

Returns We offer a hassle-free 30-day returns policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as received
• In the original packaging

To start a return, simply contact us at thatchedhome@gmail.com and we'll guide you through the process. Return shipping costs are not covered unfortunately.

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
